Caesar Salad with crispy, dry cure bacon and garlic croutons.
Crispy, baby chicken wings with sour cream.
Crab with coriander and chilli, served with mango cucumber and cherry tomato salsa.
Poached pear and goat’s cheese bruschetta with toasted walnuts and lemon honey drizzle.
Main Courses
Baked hake with lemon butter scallop.
Roast Striplion beef from Doyle’s Family butchers with pickled red onion and char grilled zucchini.
Red lentil Dahl with roast cauliflower butternut squash and baby spinach (V).
Roast chicken in a champagne sauce with caramelised beet.
All the above served with potatoes, and selection of vegetables.
